What The Content Engine is:
The Content Engine is an AI-powered marketing content tool for jewellery sellers. We provide:

• AI visual analysis of your product photo
• A free sample (Etsy title and one social caption)
• A full 30-asset marketing kit on payment of £19
• Copy-paste ready assets for Etsy, social media, email, Pinterest, and technical specifications

What The Content Engine is not:

• Not a guarantee of sales or search ranking improvement
• Not a replacement for your own product knowledge and judgement
• Not liable for business decisions you make based on generated content

Free sample:
An Etsy title and one Instagram caption are provided free of charge. No account or payment required. Free samples are rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Full kit — £19:
A one-time payment of £19 unlocks your complete 30-asset marketing kit for that product. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

Refund policy:
We do not offer refunds on completed kit purchases because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. We provide a free sample before purchase so you can evaluate quality before paying.

However, if a technical fault prevents delivery of your kit, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund. If you experience a problem, contact us at support@ecommercecontentengine.com before raising a chargeback.

Your content:
You own the generated marketing assets delivered to you. We make no claim over the copy, tags, descriptions, or specifications produced for your product. You are free to use them however you choose without crediting The Content Engine.

Our content:
The Content Engine owns the platform, its structure, prompts, and systems. "The Content Engine" is our trading name. Website design and copy are copyright protected. You may not copy or reproduce our systems or present them as your own.

The Content Engine uses AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to analyse product images and generate marketing content.

This means:

• Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Material identification from photos may occasionally be incorrect — use the material input field to correct this
• Content should be reviewed before publishing
• Etsy SEO performance will vary depending on your market and competition

You should review all generated content before use and apply your own product knowledge. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you publish.

The Content Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That generated content will improve your sales or search rankings
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That AI-generated content is always accurate
• That results will meet your specific expectations

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (£19 per kit).

We are not liable for lost profits, decisions made based on generated content, errors in AI-generated copy, or any indirect or consequential damages. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update platform features, change AI models, modify pricing for new purchases, or update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes will be resolved in Scottish courts.
